Learning, Evidencing and Advocacy Partnership (LEAP) works to strengthened the demand for and use of eveidence in public sector reform.
The Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL) held an interactive session with a delegation from Borno State on Friday July 14, 2017 to introduce PERL to Borno and to identify priority areas where Borno State would like to have support. The high-level meeting had in attendance Commissioner for Water Resources, Borno State, Permanent Secretaries, Directors, Special Assistants to Commissioners, and other top officials from key Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs) in Borno State.
